An offer can be made in two different ways:
1 - If you want to
negotiate yourself with other members of the site at MPmetal.com, you must be
Premium member; you must put in an offer against payment of a release ticket; you will also have to agree to pay a commission to MP Métal if the affair goes through.
Your offer will be quickly put online at www.mpmetal.com and released by mail to all the site members liable to be interested;
2 - you can also
propose the offer to MP Métal, which will decide on whether or not to publish it and negotiate in its own name: this procedure is free of charge but distribution is not guaranteed.
