A serious storm occurred and the pipelines in the wadi areas were washed along by the force of the water. The damage incurred was denting, scratching and abrasions on the outer surface of the tar coating, denting of the pipe ends and some ovality. They were beyond acceptable specifications for use in the gas line and were accordingly considered a constructive total loss. The result was that the Insured rejected the pipe for installation.
